Park on 66 - Information, Terms & Conditions of Stay

LIABILITY: Upon payment guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Park on 66, any of its entities or any of its employees from and against, any and all liability and/or claims whatsoever, for personal injury, bodily injury, death, and/or property damage or property loss, resulting from a visit to Park on 66 and or use of a parking space, any actions or conduct of Guest and/or Co-Guest and/or any violations of this Agreement or rules contained herein. Guest understands that Park on 66, any of it's entities or any of it's employees assume no responsibility for personal injury, property damage, theft, fines, or legal obligations which may be incurred during the use of the Park or the parking space.   

ACCOUNTS: Payment is required in full on arrival or at the time of booking, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express.

ACCESS: Gate entry is accessible through license plate recognition (24 / 7), please Do Not Park in front of or Block the Gate, Owner/Management is not responsible for damage to vehicle or malfunction of automatic gate, moving gate can cause serious injury or death. Do Not Let Children Play in the Gate Area. This Entrance is for Vehicles ONLY, Pedestrians Must Use Separate Entrance.

EMERGENCY: In case of emergency dial 911. We are located at 4882 E 7th St, Joplin, MO 64801

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: Daily Parking is for a 24-hour period. 

Monthly Parking is recurring every month. Late Fees' of $12 daily will accrue for Monthly Customers until Monthly Fee it Paid in Full if not payment does not go through.

CONDUCT: To ensure that all daily guests have a pleasant stay we expect common sense and consideration to be shown at all times. This includes reasonable behavior and dress at all times. All alcohol is to be consumed on your site or in your unit.

No noise between 10pm and 7am.  No bicycles are to be ridden in the parking area. 

No illegal substances are to be used on site, failure to adhere to this will result in your expulsion from the premise.

BREAKAGES:  Any damage to park property must be reported as soon as possible. Costs of any damages to property will be charged to the persons responsible.  An invoice can be provided on request.

SMOKING: Any and ALL tobacco / vaping is to be limited to your site area or in your unit please.
There is a NO SMOKING policy in and around the rest of the park, this helps us keep the area clean for everyone.

ALCOHOL: All alcohol is to be consumed on your site or in your unit.

DRONES:  The use of drones within and around Park on 66 is NOT allowed.

FIREWORKS:  Absolutely NO fireworks are to be set off in or around Park on 66 at ANY time. Immediate expulsion from the Park will result if this occurs.

RESTROOM: Currently we do not have any indoor bathrooms, there is a Porta Potty located up towards the front of the lot.

TRASH: There is a trash dumpster located on the lot, please do not litter up the lot, be respectful and dispose of your trash accordingly.

EXTRA CLEANING FEE:  If trash is left on and around your parking site you may be charged an extra cleaning fee to the credit card held. 

DEPOSITS / CANCELLATIONS/ AMENDMENTS TO BOOKINGS:  

• Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of payment. 

• No refund will be made, unless more than 24 hours’ notice is given.

• If you have to cancel your booking as a result of a COVID-19 related issue, no cancellation or penalty fee will apply if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date. Proof of illness or inability to travel may be requested.

• There is no penalty to amend booking dates.

• No reduction for early departures or late arrivals.

• In the event of a natural disaster or major weather event causing road closures etc., normal cancellation terms & conditions will apply.

LATE CHECKOUTS:

•  Late checkout may incur a fee and are subject to availability

PARKING: All vehicles are to be parked on their own designated site at all times. There is one parking space per site, any extra vehicles/trailers will need to have their own additional paid parking site.

Spaces are to be used for designated Parking ONLY, necessary repairs are to be made off site not on the lot. 

Maintenance and oil changes are strictly prohibited on the premises. Please refrain from conducting any such activities within the truck parking lot.

Replacement and repair of tires are not allowed on the premises. Please ensure that any maintenance is done off-site.

PETS: Pets are allowed. Owners are to be respectful of other guests and keep pets leashed. Park on 66 is NOT Responsible for ANY ACCIDENTS or INCIDENTS involving pets, Pet Owners you are 100% Responsible for ANY Incidents or Accidents involving your pet(s) during your stay at Park on 66.

ANY pet aggression could be reason for expulsion from Park on 66.

ANIMAL (DOG) PARK and CREEK: You may use this area at your own risk.
Children must ALWAYS be supervised at all times. The Animal (Dog)Park/Creek area does have wild life living in and around it, you may see coyotes, fox, turkey, deer or other wild animals. We ask that your pets be leashed in this area when other guests are present. The Animal (Dog)Park/Creek area is closed at dark so please no congregating in the area after dark.

RUBBISH & RECYCLING:  We encourage all guests to recycle where possible and to dispose of all trash in the appropriate manner. A trash bin is located near the Entrance.

SECURITY: As a reminder, please ensure that you keep all valuables secure. Put away ANY equipment, lock your doors and ensure all vehicles are secure.

VEHICLE SPEED:  Vehicle speed is limited to a walk pace only.

WIFI: We have pass coded WiFi for our guests at no additional charge.

PRIVACY STATEMENT:  This statement applies to all individuals providing personal information to Park on 66. Park on 66 will not share this information with any other third parties without your permission.

Park on 66 may send out periodic emails or texts informing you of special offers, updated information and new services. You will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe to these communications.

WHEN MAKING A BOOKING YOU AGREE:

To conform to Park on 66 bylaws & regulations & understand that any breach of the rules by yourselves or your guests could result in your site or accommodation being cancelled without any refund of fees paid.

Reservations are a contract between Park on 66 and the person named on the reservation, and are not transferable to any other person. This means that the named person must occupy the unit or site for the duration of the contract and is ultimately responsible for all occupants and visitors of that unit or site.

We reserve the right to refuse a reservation at any time from any person if we reasonably believe the person:

•  is not the person named on the reservation

•  is not the person named on the credit card or not to be authorized to use the card

•  is not able to pay for any additional charges

•  may cause damage to the property or other guests

•  may exhibit socially unacceptable behavior

All bookings are accepted at the discretion of the management.
